How do I expect the process of fitting my flooring to take?

We strive to complete all flooring within the timeframe of 4 weeks which starts from the moment you contact us until the moment you sign in on installation. After you call us to set up a meeting we will meet with you within 2 to 4 days. When you’ve chosen the floor you want, we’ll provide a surveyor within 4 days of signing the contract. Then, we will try to get your flooring installed within the next three weeks. The timeframe may vary during busy times like Christmas but we’ll try our best to meet any deadlines you might have. In the alternative, if you’ve purchased your flooring but aren’t in a position to install it yet, we’ll hold it until you are ready to complete the installation.

How is the duration of fitting my floor will take?

We’ll send an experienced representative to your home, who will explain in detail the different floors we have to offer, and assist you to decide which one is the best for your home and the circumstances.

I’ve decided to buy to move, so what should I do? Call us at 718-305-4030. we’ll take all of your information and send an agent to visit you. They will visit you in person and give you a selection of floors we have available. After you’ve chosen the flooring you prefer, we’ll send an expert to your home to confirm that the floor will be installed. Following this, we’ll send a fitting technician to install your flooring.
